Q1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?

A1: We are a manufacturer.

Q2. How can I get the quotation?

A2: Please send us information for a quote: drawing, material, weight, quantity and request, we can accept PDF, ISGS, DWG, STEP file format. If you don't have a drawing, please send the sample to us, we can quote based on your sample too.

Q3. What's your MOQ?

A3: In general 100pcs, but can accept low quantity in some special conditions.

Q4. Do you provide samples? is it free or extra?

A4: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

Q5. What if the parts are not good?

A5: We can guarantee good quality, but it happened, please contact us immediately, take some pictures, we will check on the problem, and solve it asap.

Q6. What about the leading time for mass production?

A6: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity. Normally, 15 to 20 workdays after got your deposit if no tooling needed.
